The Utah Jazz won at home last night, which left the OKC Thunder feeling salty. Kevin Durant complained about Jazz fans, and Russell Westbrook reacted hilariously to a dumb question from a member of the media in the postgame locker room. Per the Oklahoman: “Westbrook simply walked off. The temperamental team captain got fed up with a reporter’s question and suddenly turned his back and ended the interview before walking away. The exchange was as follows. ‘Russell, did you guys lose this game, or did the Jazz win this one?’ Westbrook: ‘Whaaaaat? Bro, what are you talking about, man? I’m out man. Y’all n***** trippin’.”
Also worth seeing was this interesting article posted on Yahoo regarding Kevin Durant’s and the Thunders unwillingness to shoot the halfcourt shot at the end of quarters, for efficiency purposes. The quote of the piece has to be from Russell Westbrook though, who simply had to say this;
“No. Nope … If I was considering about [statistics] I’d do a lot of s*** different.”
Already known for his reckless abandon when playing the game, just imagine how aggressive RW would be playing IF he didn’t care for stats. Now that I would pay to see.
