This Is Real Talk. They Need Something Similar To A Draft Like In NBA Or NFL. Train The Youth And Draft The Best Ones Then Put Them On Your Team.

This is a sad state that football has got itself into, money is becoming more and more a necessity.Where as in the early 90′s the youth squads were key to most top UK clubs
